Request Plan & Play account deletion

Use this page to open the Plan & Play account deletion flow in the app or to contact support about deleting your account or eligible account data. Last updated May 9, 2026.

In-app request

The app link opens Account Settings. From there, choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Support request

If the app is not installed or you cannot sign in, email us with the address used for your Plan & Play account.

What is deleted

Account deletion deactivates your account and schedules eligible Plan & Play account data for deletion.

Retention

Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal, billing, abuse prevention, or operational requirements.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Plan & Play and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Account Settings from the app link above or from Profile inside the app.
  3. Choose Delete Account and confirm the request.
  4. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account.

What happens next

Once accepted, your account is deactivated and scheduled for deletion. Plan & Play may keep limited records where required to complete billing, security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational obligations.
