Intended Audience

Plan & Play helps people coordinate groups, recurring sessions, events, RSVPs, reminders, and announcements. The product is intended for general group coordination by adults, organizers, coaches, club administrators, families, and participants who can responsibly use scheduling and communication tools.

The product may be used for youth activities when an adult, organization, coach, parent, guardian, or authorized group leader is responsible for setting up and managing the group.

Minimum Age

Plan & Play is not intended for children under 13. Children under 13 may not create an account, join the waitlist, submit personal information, or use the service directly.

If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will review the issue and take reasonable steps to delete the information.

Minors and Organizers

For groups involving minors, the responsible organizer should make sure participation is appropriate for the age of the participants, the group's rules, and any school, club, league, or local requirements that apply.

Organizers should avoid collecting unnecessary personal information from minors and should use the product's scheduling, RSVP, and announcement tools in a way that is appropriate for their community.

• Use adult-managed groups for youth teams, school clubs, family activities, and similar settings
• Share only the information needed to coordinate the activity
• Follow any consent, supervision, or communication rules that apply to the group
• Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information

Content and Safety

Plan & Play is designed for practical group logistics. It is not designed for mature entertainment, dating, gambling, sexual content, adult services, or other age-restricted activity.

Users and organizers are responsible for the content they create, the events they coordinate, and the people they invite. We may review or restrict use if we believe the service is being used in a way that is inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or outside the intended purpose of the product.

App Store Ratings

App stores and distribution platforms may display their own age ratings or suitability notices based on their rating systems. Those platform ratings are separate from this page and do not change the minimum age or responsible-use expectations described here.

If a platform rating, law, school policy, club policy, or parent or guardian rule is more restrictive than this page, the more restrictive rule should be followed.

Changes to This Page

We may update this Age Suitability page as Plan & Play evolves, new features launch, or legal and platform requirements change. When we make material updates, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
