The app link opens Account Settings. From there, choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
If the app is not installed or you cannot sign in, email us with the address used for your Plan & Play account.
Account deletion deactivates your account and schedules eligible Plan & Play account data for deletion.
Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal, billing, abuse prevention, or operational requirements.
Once accepted, your account is deactivated and scheduled for deletion. Plan & Play may keep limited records where required to complete billing, security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational obligations.
