Plan & Play is for organizing groups, events, RSVPs, announcements, reminders, and related coordination workflows.
These terms explain the rules for using Plan & Play, including accounts, organizer responsibilities, user content, acceptable use, third-party services, and launch-stage availability. Last updated April 26, 2026.

You are responsible for your account, the information you provide, and the activity that happens through your account.
Group owners and organizers are responsible for the events they create, the people they invite, and the information they share.
Features may change as Plan & Play moves through launch, app-store review, and broader availability.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Plan & Play, including the Plan & Play website, waitlist, mobile apps, web app, communications, and related services. By accessing or using Plan & Play, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using Plan & Play on behalf of a club, team, organization, business, school, family group, or other group, you represent that you have authority to use the service for that group and to share information with the people you invite.
Plan & Play is not intended for children under 13. Children under 13 may not create accounts, join the waitlist, submit personal information, or use the service directly.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Plan & Play only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Groups involving minors should be managed by a responsible adult, organization, coach, parent, guardian, or authorized organizer.

You may need an account to use some Plan & Play features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.
Sign-in may be provided through third-party identity providers such as Apple, Google, Firebase Authentication, or other supported authentication methods. Your use of those sign-in methods may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised or used without permission, contact us promptly.
Plan & Play lets users and organizers create or manage groups, events, schedules, RSVPs, announcements, invites, profile details, uploaded media, and related content. You keep the rights you have in content you submit, but you give Plan & Play permission to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You should not submit content that violates another person's rights, privacy, safety, or applicable law.
Organizers are responsible for setting up groups appropriately, inviting the right participants, managing event details, and following any team, school, club, league, workplace, family, or local rules that apply to their activities.
You agree to use Plan & Play only for lawful, safe, and appropriate group coordination. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, bypass security measures, impersonate others, or use Plan & Play to harm, harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive anyone.
Plan & Play is not designed for mature entertainment, dating, gambling, sexual content, adult services, illegal activity, or other age-restricted activity. We may remove content, restrict groups, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe use of the service is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or outside the intended purpose of the product.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and what choices you have. By using Plan & Play, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you use Plan & Play as an organizer, you are responsible for handling participant information appropriately and for honoring any privacy, consent, or communication obligations that apply to your group.
Plan & Play may send service messages, launch updates, waitlist communications, event reminders, RSVP updates, announcements, support replies, and other operational communications. Some communications are required to operate the service; others may be optional or configurable.
You can manage some notifications through the product, your device settings, calendar subscriptions, or unsubscribe links where available.
Plan & Play may use or connect with third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, maps, weather, push notifications, calendar subscriptions, app-store distribution, and related workflows.
Some features may hand off context to connected experiences such as PB Rotator or to platform services such as Apple, Google, calendar apps, map providers, or app stores. Those third-party services are not controlled by Plan & Play and may have their own terms, policies, availability, and data practices.
Plan & Play may offer free, trial, beta, paid, or subscription features in the future. If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund rules will be disclosed in the relevant purchase or subscription flow.
Purchases made through app stores or third-party payment providers may also be governed by those providers' terms and policies.
Plan & Play is currently moving through launch preparation. Features, platform availability, app-store listings, supported integrations, screenshots, descriptions, and product behavior may change before and after public launch.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or replace any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms as the product, legal requirements, or platform requirements evolve. When we make material updates, we will revise the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Plan & Play, including its name, branding, design, software, copy, visuals, workflows, and related materials, is owned by Plan & Play or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Plan & Play materials to you.
If you send feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
You may stop using Plan & Play at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, misused the service, or used Plan & Play in a way that is unlawful, unsafe, or outside its intended purpose.
After termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute handling.
Plan & Play is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every location or on every device. Event details, reminders, notifications, maps, weather, calendar sync, and third-party integrations may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan & Play and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or substitute services arising from or related to your use of Plan & Play.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plan & Play and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your groups or events, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.
If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable United States law, except where another law must apply.
Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court or forum unless applicable law requires a different process. You and Plan & Play each waive the right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.
